to Shop
Our online store uses the Shopping Cart analogy. Simply
add the items you would like to purchase to your Cart
and when you are finished shopping click on the View
Cart at the top right of the page. You can modify
the cart contents at any time. When you are ready to complete
your order simply click on the Check Out button
to complete your purchase.
Methods
of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express
credit cards. Or you may mail or FAX your payment to us
in the form of check or money order. Shipment will be
held until payment is confirmed.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS. Deliveries can be made
to street addresses only. No P.O. Box drops. UPS cost
is calculated automatically by Shipping Address and Weight
of the items ordered. Several options are available during
the checkout process:
- UPS
Ground is usually the most economical method, especially
for larger orders. Delivery time to addresses in the
Southeast is generally one or two business days; to
the North, three or four business days; to the Midwest,
five or six business days; and to the West, seven or
eight business days. Delivery times are very reliable,
and packages are insured and trackable.
- UPS
3-Day Select guarantees delivery anywhere in the
country by the end of the third business day after shipment.

Second Day Guarantees delivery anywhere in the country
by the end of the second business day after shipment.

- UPS
Next Day Air Guarantees delivery anywhere in the
country by 10:30 AM the next business day after shipment.

Shipping is available through
UPS Worldwide Express.
Our
Guarantee and Return Policy
Three
D Promotions, Inc. provides a 30-day money back guarantee
on all products, except special order and custom items.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
simply notify us by e-mail or
phone. No restocking fee is charged if the items are
returned in perfect, unused condition. Any item listed
as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted for
returns, and no credit shall be issued. Shipping charges
are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
The
following terms must be met by customer:
- Return
merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt.
- The
products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You
must include all original packaging materials.
- All
manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
- You
must pay all return shipping expenses.
Upon
receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, and
in accordance with the above, we will issue credit. You
may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase
or simply receive a refund.
Out-of-Stock-Items
Policy
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify
you immediately (please provide a phone number, fax number,
or e-mail address when ordering). Our policy is to allow
you to either substitute an in-stock item for the out-of-stock
item, or you may choose to have the out-of-stock item
shipped separately to you when it is available.
